This is an attractive and spacious apartment in the picturesque town of Carvoeiro. It is situated in a small complex with a large swimming pool and a smaller pool for children, mature lawned gardens, and play area. Near the pool is a bar/restaurant.
The complex has a friendly reception offering telephone, fax and exchange facilities as well as a mini-market. A local supermarket and other restaurants are but a short walk away.
A pleasant 15 minute stroll will take you to the town centre itself which offers a scenic beach, boat rides and a host of good bars and eateries.
A five minute drive will take you
to a selection of other beautiful beaches, golf courses, tennis
courts and a splash and slide water park.
INSIDE THE APARTMENT
The apartment is well decorated and well furnished throughout. There are two good sized twin rooms and 2 folding beds. There are two large bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom also has French doors leading directly out onto a rear patio and a small private garden area.

A spacious bright living/ dining room is ideal for for relaxing after your days in the sunshine. For winter lets, the apartment, in addition to having an open fire, has portable radiators.
The fitted kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, washing machine, gas cooker, coffee machine, fridge freezer and electric juicer.
A front covered terrace looks towards the sea and has its own barbecue area - ideal for enjoying the sunshine from the shade and for al fresco eating.
Features in the apartment include cable tv, a dvd player, a radio cassette, hair dryer, fans, travel cot and high chair.
